Mel has played a pivotal role within ECC in supporting staff wellbeing. Mel has run meditation sessions for our staff within the working day and also at our wellbeing events which have always been well attended. Mel’s professionalism shines through, from planning and mapping the sessions to setting up on the day and ensuring she meets the needs of all the workers attending the sessions. Mel allows herself plenty of time to set up the space to ensure that the rooms are welcoming and relaxed. I myself have attended some sessions and have seen the benefits not only for myself in terms of taking the time to step away and de stress to bring me back down to the ground but also within the staff who have attended. Feedback has always been very positive with staff reporting they leave feeling refreshed and re energised and have really appreciated the time to recharge their own batteries.

Joined on one of Melanie’s meditation sessions at the Its My Life Festival and instantly felt at ease. I was with my autistic son and her session really relaxed us both.
